Welcome!

Hi, and welcome to our team project website! We’re excited to introduce ourselves and share what we’ve learned about careers in the Education and Training career cluster.

Jada Lee – Hi everyone, I’m majoring in Integrated Studies while minoring in Special Education and Psychology. As a college student pursuing a degree in education, I believe I would be a great match for an EC-12 or Special Education teaching position because of my passion for helping all students reach their full potential; especially those who benefit from extra support and individualized learning strategies. I genuinely enjoy creating supportive, engaging environments where students feel seen, heard, and encouraged to grow.

Avriel Salazar – I’m majoring in Integrated Studies with a minor in Forensic Psychology. This combination allows me to study multiple disciplines while also gaining a deep understanding of how people think, feel, and behave. My background gives me a unique perspective on human behavior, especially in areas like emotional regulation, motivation, and social interaction. This is especially valuable in education and training settings, where understanding individual needs, learning styles, and behavior patterns can make a big difference. Whether it’s helping students stay engaged, supporting those with behavioral challenges, or creating inclusive learning spaces, my academic background allows me approach these situations with empathy, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
